Important Facts about Protos App:
1. Protos app is the most important of the 2 apps you will use. You must log in exactly at the start of your shift time. Even 1 minute late will trigger alerts to management
2. Protos app will only work at the very start of your shift, you cannot log in early into the app. Example: if your shift starts at 7PM, log in exactly at 7PM.
3. Every minute you are late logging into the Protos app will send an alert to Protos Management and Guardem Security Group Management. If you are late 20 minutes, 20 alerts will be sent to the entire management staff of Protos and Guardem.
4. You must use your 4 digit PIN number that you have been assigned when using the Protos App.
5. After you have signed into the Protos App exactly when your shift starts and ends, then it is ok to proceed to log into Netchex app for checking in and out.
6. Protos App and Netchex App will only work when you are at the exact location of the Jobsite. You cannot log in if you are not exactly at the site your job is posted for.

Filling out your incident reports:
You must fill out an incident report weather it is minor or major. Here is the link to the Guardem Incident Form you must fill out for all incidents as soon as the occur.

If the client is a Protos sub for Guardem, you must ALSO fill out the incident report on the Protos App in addition to the Guardem incident report.
